Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SysTech Lab LLC's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Services
Ny Orbit provides digital marketing services including but not limited to PPC advertising, SEO optimization, social media management, and web development. All services are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, monthly services require payment in advance, while project-based services may require partial payment upfront. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property created by SysTech Lab LLC remain our property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients retain ownership of their original content and materials provided to us.
Limitation of Liability
Ny Orbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
