These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by SysTech Lab LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide digital marketing and web services including Local SEO, Google Ads / PPC management, AI SEO (SEO 2.0), social media AI automation, and web design. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Payments & Billing
Fees are due as stated in your proposal or invoice. Monthly service plans are billed in advance and are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. Advertising budgets (e.g. Google or Meta ad spend) are paid by you directly to the platforms and are separate from our management fees.
3. No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital products, projects, or services.
Because our work involves digital products, custom project work, and professional services that begin immediately and cannot be returned, all payments — including setup fees, monthly retainers, project deposits, and completed milestones — are non-refundable once payment is made and/or work has commenced.
This no-refund policy applies to all services, including but not limited to Local SEO, Google Ads / PPC management, AI SEO (SEO 2.0), social media AI automation, and web design and development. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control (competition, market conditions, and platform algorithms), so we do not guarantee specific outcomes and do not provide refunds based on results.
If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us — we are committed to resolving issues and delivering the work outlined in your agreement.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel a month-to-month plan at any time with written notice before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid or work already performed, consistent with our No-Refund Policy above.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, materials, and approvals needed to perform the services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines. You confirm that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a completed project, deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you, except for third-party assets, tools, and our proprietary methods, which remain owned by their respective owners or us.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
